Wilmington Virginia Restaurants
This trip to Wilmington, Delaware, offers lots of great food, great entertainment and great views of the Delaware River. This secluded restaurant and bar in the heart of Wilmington is the only restaurant in North Carolina to have its own Wild West theme park.
The fried chicken buffet is one of the best ever, and there's also good food, so go for gumbo, lima beans and shrimp. The menu is full of good food and good drinks and good entertainment. You can order pudding and French toast while you're here, or make a pan of lobster macaroni and cheese with chimay and Old Bay spiced breadcrumbs.
Go where you want, but to date the barbecue with whole pigs is best enjoyed at Scott's BBQ, or try the Moonlite BBQ Inn. It is located on the west side of the city, where burning sizzling is an impossibility, despite its current use as a barbecue slogan. Do it the way you came, stop by on your way to tiny Lexington and pay tribute to the West all the time, one way or another.
